​Illuminate Happiness is a program designed to open your mind to the idea that happiness is a choice. Not one made on a particular day and everything then changes, but congruent decisions towards small changes that deeply impact life on a day to day basis. Illuminate Happiness is a guide that anyone can participate in. It is a way to not only better understand yourself but also a way to forgive and let go of attachments that hold you back. When you learn to let go of stuck belief systems, you learn to replace them with confidence and encouragement. Accomplishing this alongside of step by step plans to achieve your goals it is impossible to fail. Illuminate happiness is designed to get people to a place where they trust in themselves enough to take step towards a brighter future. It is the intention of illuminate Happiness to give people the steps and tools so that they too can live a life full of meaning, purpose, and genuine connection.

Hannah runs on Happiness. For most of her life, Hannah has handed out happiness to whoever will take it without the thought of giving herself a dose of happiness. This left her both physically tired and emotionally drained so she turned to natural medicine in hopes to find something that could help.
