Tara found TTOHC a few years back when looking for bodywork support for her newborn son. At the recommendation of a friend, Tara started bringing her son to Linda for CranioSacral Therapy, which opened the door to her own path of healing and enlightenment. After 23 years in veterinary medicine, Tara found her passion in helping others. Through her own healing, using modalities such as Reiki, CST, and EFT, Tara began to understand and learn about the effects of energy in the body. She has completed her Master Level Reiki Certification with TTOHC, as well as a year long Reiki Student Externship. She is currently working towards becoming a licensed therapist and has a special interest in inner child work, trauma healing, and helping people find their “flow” in all the hustle and bustle of today’s world.
