Longer than a traditional Kundalini Yoga class, these workshops include exercises, breath, meditation, and movement. Kundalini Yoga uses ancient energy management systems which are drawn from a large body of teachings. These teachings were brought to the U.S. in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan Ji. Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Transformation. Kundalini Yoga uses pranayama breath techniques, traditional yogic poses, repetitive dynamic movement, mudra, relaxation, meditation, and mantra to allow each person to navigate life with the flow rather than against it.
